Act

One-click send from your own mailbox.

With your mailbox connected, one click sends from your own mailbox, and Cascand records whether it went. Messages never come from a Cascand address. The same click model books meetings from your free slots and proposes CRM changes for your approval, so approving a day's work stays quick.

See it

See it work.

  1. 01CascandDecideKnow what deserves your attention.Cascand looks across the people and companies you work with and surfaces the one thing most worth doing now.
  2. 02CascandPrepareWalk into the decision with the work already done. The message is drafted and checked, a meeting time is proposed, and any CRM update is proposed for your approval.
  3. 03YouApproveKeep control over the actions that matter.Nothing is sent, booked or invited unless you've said it can. One click, not ten fields.
  4. 04CascandExecuteLet Cascand handle the work around the decision. The send or the booking, from your own accounts. Right before it runs, Cascand checks again that the action is still live, nothing is on hold and nothing is paused.
  5. 05CascandVerifyKnow what actually happened.Cascand labels the result as confirmed by the system that did the work, or declared by you, and tells you plainly when it cannot be sure.
  6. 06CascandRecordLet what happened inform what comes next. The result is recorded and labeled. It can adjust future recommendations a little, and only when the evidence is strong enough.

How it works

From approval to a recorded result.

  1. Step 1

    You review the card.

Who, what, why, and the work already prepared. Edit anything you like.

  2. Step 2

    You click once.

Approval is one click. Cascand checks again that the action is still live, nothing is on hold and nothing is paused, then runs it.

  3. Step 3

It goes out from your own accounts.

Email from your mailbox, a booking in your calendar, a LinkedIn message through your connected account, a record change in your CRM.

  4. Step 4

    The result is labeled.

Confirmed by the system that did the work, or declared by you. When Cascand cannot tell whether something worked, it says Uncertain, and it does not retry blindly, because a second attempt could mean a message sent twice.

In your hands

What you control.

  • Every send, because it waits for your click.
  • Pausing Cascand for a person, a team or a capability.
  • Disconnecting any account at any time.
What it needs

Your connected mailbox, calendar, LinkedIn account or CRM, depending on the action.

Questions

Questions people ask.

Does the email come from a Cascand address?
No. Messages go from your own mailbox.
What if Cascand cannot tell whether it sent?
It labels the result Uncertain, waits, checks again, and only closes the action once it knows. It does not guess by trying again.
Do recipients have a way to opt out?
Yes. Recipients get a one-click way to opt out.
