What does Cascand cost?
$250 per user per month, or $2,750 per user per year: the same product, lower effective monthly cost paid yearly. Enterprise is priced by agreement.
Is there a free trial?
Sign-up creates a trial account for one person so you can experience Cascand before paying. No credit card. Your first few meaningful executions run on the trial, so you can see how Cascand works with your own sales day before you commit. After that, continue on the Individual plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Export everything your account holds before you go.
Do I need a CRM?
No. You can start from a spreadsheet. Connecting a CRM, mailbox and calendar gives Cascand more to work with and lets it log what it does.
Can Cascand send things automatically?
No. Anything that leaves Cascand, a send, a booking, a CRM update, waits for your click. Internal work like research and drafting runs within limits you set.
Who controls what Cascand can do?
You. Permissions are explicit per capability. Pause Cascand for a person, a team or a capability at any time. Disconnect a system and Cascand's access ends with it.
What happens to my data?
Your connected systems remain yours. Cascand keeps the account data it needs to operate, with each account isolated from every other customer. Export everything at any time, or ask for identifying data to be erased.
How does team onboarding work?
We set Cascand up around your sales process with you: importing or connecting your data, setting pace and permissions, and getting every seat to its first recommendation.
What if I don't want to connect everything?
Connect only what you want. Cascand asks for the minimum access each capability needs and works with what it has.
