Cancel any time. Here is exactly what that means for billing.

No free trial

Cascand has no free trial. You apply first, and you are not charged until your application is approved and you choose to proceed.

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing sales@cascand.io. Cancelling stops future billing. Your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for, and then does not renew.

Refunds

Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, including for an unused portion of a monthly period after you cancel. We make one exception: if you were charged in error, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you had already cancelled, contact us and we will correct it.

Beyond that, if something about your experience with Cascand did not work as we described, tell us at sales@cascand.io. We look at requests like this individually and would rather make it right than hide behind this policy.

Enterprise agreements

An Enterprise plan is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls over this page for any point where the two differ.

Price changes

If we change the published price for your plan, the new price applies starting at your next renewal, and we will tell you before it takes effect.
