Prepare

Writing that follows your rules.

Tell Cascand how you write: describe your tone, paste a few messages you like, and list the phrases it must never use. Every draft is checked against that before you see it, and you can edit it before it goes. The same rules apply to emails, LinkedIn messages, posts, replies, introduction requests and call briefs.

How it works

How drafts are written and checked.

  1. Step 1

    You set the rules once.

A tone description, example messages, banned phrases and patterns you dislike. They apply across every kind of draft Cascand prepares.

  2. Step 2

Drafts are built from facts Cascand has.

Each draft is grounded in what Cascand knows about the person and the account, and cites only that.

  3. Step 3

Every draft is checked before you see it.

Citations are checked against the evidence. Cascand checks that it invents no prior conversation, and that the text follows your voice and banned phrases.

  4. Step 4

You edit, and every attempt is kept.

Edit a draft, regenerate it or skip it. Cascand keeps every attempt so you can see how a draft came to be.

In your hands

What you control.

  • Your tone, examples and banned phrases.
  • Every draft, before it is sent.
  • Which channels Cascand writes for.
What it needs

Drafts are written with the help of a model. Cascand does not learn your voice from your edits: the rules you set are the rules it follows.

Questions

Questions people ask.

Does Cascand learn my voice?
It follows the voice you describe and the examples you give. It does not guess at your voice from your edits, so you always know what it is following.
Can I edit drafts?
Yes. Edit, regenerate or skip any draft, and every attempt is kept.
What is checked on each draft?
That it cites only what Cascand knows, that it invents no prior conversation, and that it follows your voice and banned phrases.
