Subprocessors

The services we rely on, and what each one sees.

Last updated October 8, 2026.

A subprocessor is an outside company we use to help operate Cascand on your behalf. Each one is bound by an agreement that limits what it may do with your information to the purpose described here. This page describes our current, material subprocessors by role. The named list, with each provider's published data-handling terms, is available to customers and prospective customers on request from sales@cascand.io.

A managed database and sign-in provider

Hosts our database, handles sign-in, and stores the files in your account.

Account data, business data you connect or import, files you export or upload.

Language model providers

Provide the language models Cascand uses to interpret text, draft messages, and research a company or contact.

The specific business context needed for a given task, sent only when that task runs.

Your mail and calendar provider

Provides mail and calendar access when you connect a work account.

The data from your connected account that you authorize.

Your customer relationship management provider

Provides CRM access when you connect a CRM account.

The records you authorize Cascand to read and to propose changes to.

A LinkedIn connectivity partner

Provides connectivity to LinkedIn when you connect your LinkedIn account.

LinkedIn connection requests, messages, and activity you authorize. Cascand does not receive or store your LinkedIn password through this connection.

A transactional email provider

Delivers one-time verification codes when you prove control of a work email address.

The email address being verified and the code sent to it.

A payment processor

Processes payment for a paid plan.

Billing contact information and payment method. Cascand does not store your full card number.

We have not independently certified where each of these providers stores data, and we do not claim a specific data residency beyond what each provider itself publishes. If you connect a specific system, that system's own provider processes the data you route through it under your own agreement with them, in addition to the role listed here.

If we add a material new subprocessor, we will update this page and the named list. Questions can be sent to sales@cascand.io.
