Decide

Next best action for every salesperson, with the reasons shown.

Cascand is next best action software for B2B sales. Every day it looks at the people and companies a salesperson could work on, decides which single email, call, LinkedIn action or follow-up deserves the next minute, and shows why. A language model plays no part in the ranking, and every recommendation carries its reasons.

Illustration of how Cascand fits each day's best actions into the minutes you give it. Minutes are estimates for each kind of action.

If you set no daily limit, your pace setting limits new outreach instead.

At 20 minutes: 6 actions funded, 2 wait.

How it works

How Cascand decides.

  1. Step 1

Every relationship puts forward its best next action.

For each person and company, Cascand works out what the strongest next move would be: a reply, a follow-up, a call, a LinkedIn action, a piece of research, a warm introduction, or a first message.

  2. Step 2

The actions compete for a limited day.

Replies and follow-ups you owe are funded first. New outreach is paced and funded in rank order with whatever time is left. If you set a daily limit in minutes, everything is fitted inside it.

  3. Step 3

    Evidence decides the order.

Cascand puts your hours on the actions with the strongest, most recent evidence behind them, and sets the rest aside with the reason kept, so you can see what it chose not to do and why.

  4. Step 4

When nothing deserves attention, it says so.

Cascand is not trying to manufacture work. If nothing left clears the bar, you see You're caught up, and the rest of the day is yours.

In your hands

What you control.

  • Your pace and persistence, so Cascand respects how you like to work.
  • A daily limit in minutes, set in Settings.
  • Skipping any recommendation, with a reason that is recorded.
  • Pausing Cascand for a person, a team or a capability at any time.
What it needs

Cascand works from what you give it: a description of your business, a spreadsheet or your CRM. A connected calendar lets the meetings you already have come out of your day.

Questions

Questions people ask.

What is next best action in sales?
Next best action is the practice of deciding, for each salesperson, which single action is worth doing next, instead of leaving them to choose from a long list. Cascand makes that decision across email, calls, LinkedIn and follow-ups, and shows the reasons.
How is this different from lead scoring?
Lead scoring ranks records. Cascand ranks actions: what to do next, on which channel, for whom, against the minutes you actually have. A high-scoring lead you contacted yesterday does not outrank a reply you owe today.
Does AI decide what I do next?
No. Software ranks the work and checks whether an action is safe to run. AI helps write drafts, read notes you type, and research companies. What a model contributes is labeled as such.
Can I see why Cascand picked something?
Yes. Every recommendation shows why this one and not something else, and Cascand keeps a record of what it considered, what you did and what happened next.
